How to Send a Tracked One-to-One Email to a Specific contact in B2B Hub

Sending tracked one-to-one emails in B2B Hub is an efficient way to stay on top of your communication with specific contacts. In this step-by-step guide, we'll walk you through the process of sending a tracked email using B2B Hub.


Step 1: Log in to your B2B Hub account.

Once you're logged in, you'll be ready to send your tracked email.

Step 2: Searching for the Contact

In the top left-hand corner of the B2B Hub interface, click on the magnifying glass icon to open the search panel. Here, you can search for the specific contact you want to email. In this example, search for "James Tuckerman," to open his contact details.

Step 3: Composing the Tracked Email

To send an email, simply locate the contact's email address under the contact details section on the left-hand side of the screen.

Clicking on the email address will open a panel on the right-hand side where you can compose your email. You can also add CCs and BCCs, just like you would in any other email.

Step 4: Adding Email Details

Start by adding a subject for your email. This helps your recipient understand the purpose of the email. If you have predefined email templates, you can select one from the drop-down menu. You can personalize the email by addressing the recipient by their name or any other relevant details.

Compose your email message in the text box provided. You can type your message and customize it as needed.

Step 5: Sending the Tracked Email

Once you've composed your email message, click the "Send" button at the bottom of the panel. This will initiate the sending process. If you want to attach a file to your email, you can do so by clicking the attachment icon and following the prompts.

To track your sent email, navigate to the "Activity" tab within B2B Hub. Here, you can find a record of the email you sent, including the send time. It will also indicate when the email has been opened.
