How to Send a Bulk Email using B2B Hub

Learn how to effortlessly send mass emails to your leads or contacts using B2B Hub's powerful features. This step-by-step guide walks you through the entire process, from selecting your recipients to crafting personalized messages, ensuring efficient communication with your audience.


Step 1: Access Your B2B Hub Account: Log in to your B2B Hub account to access the platform.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Source of Leads: Depending on your specific requirements, you can choose to send emails to your followers, contacts in a circle, or leads.

In this example, we'll assume you want to send emails to your leads. Click on the "Leads" section or the relevant source where your contacts are located.

You can also filter the leads if you want to send the email on specific set of people (e.g. New imported contacts, specific roles etc.

Step 3: Access the Actions Dropdown: In the top right-hand corner of the leads section, locate the "Actions" dropdown menu.

Step 4: Select "Send a Bulk Email": From the "Actions" dropdown menu, choose the third option, which is "Send a Bulk Email." This selection will initiate the bulk email sending process.

Step 5: Choose Contacts to Include: Once you've selected to send a bulk email, you'll see options on the left-hand side of the screen that allow you to select the contacts you want to include in your email. You can choose specific contacts or select all of them.

Step 6: Click "Send Bulk Email": After selecting your contacts, click on the blue "Send Bulk Email" button. This action will open the email editing tool on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 7: Edit Your Email: Use the email editing tool to compose your email. You can either create your email from scratch or use a pre-existing email template if you have one saved. Step 8: Personalize Your Email: To add personalization to your email, use the "Mail Merge" feature. Type in "person" to pull up the options for personalizing your email. You can include details such as the first name to make your emails more personalized.

Step 9: Compose Your Email Content: Write your email content in the body of the email. Customize it as needed for your specific communication. In the transcript, the example email content is "Hey [PersonFirstName], This is a test bulk email."


Step 10: Add Attachments (Optional): If you have any attachments to include with your email, you can do so at this stage. If you don't have any attachments, you can skip this step.

Step 11: Send Your Email: Once you are satisfied with the email content and any personalization, click the green "Send Email" button. Your email will be processed and sent to the selected contacts.

Step 12: Check Delivery Status: Depending on the size of your email list, it may take some time to process and send all the emails. If you have a large list, it could take a few minutes. You can monitor the delivery status and open rates in your B2B Hub account. You can check a contact record's activity tab to confirm that the email has been sent.
