Step 1: Access the Contact Record

  • Log in to your B2B Hub account.

  • Navigate to the contact for whom you want to schedule an appointment by using the search bar or going to leads.

Step 2: Open the Contact Record

  • Click on the contact's name or identifier to open their contact record.

Step 3: Access Task Actions

  • In the top right-hand corner of the contact record, click on the "Actions" button.

Step 4: Add a Task

  • From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking "Actions," select "Add a Task."



Step 5: Name the Task

  • Give the task a name that will appear in the contact's calendar. For example, you can name it something like "B2B Hub Decision Call."
