Navigating the contact record screen in B2B Hub

Step 1: Accessing the Contact Record Detail ScreenTo begin, open B2B Hub and make sure you are logged in.

Step 2: Finding a Prospect

In the top-left corner of the screen, locate and click on the magnifying glass icon. This will open the search panel. You can search for a specific contact by name or other criteria - then select the desired contact from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Understanding the Contact Record Screen

Once you've selected a contact, you'll be taken to the contact record screen, which is divided into three main sections.

Step 4: Quick Information Panel (Left-Hand Side)

On the left-hand side, you'll find the quick information panel. This panel contains essential contact details such as name, email, and phone number. It also displays any relevant tags associated with the contact. You can quickly see when they were last followed up.

Step 5: Actions Panel (Right-Hand Side)

On the furthest right-hand panel, you'll find the actions button. Clicking on this button allows you to perform various actions, including adding notes, tasks, sending emails, and adding deals. It's a hub for interacting with the contact and keeping records of your interactions.

Step 6: Overview Tab

This is at the center of the records page, you'll see the Overview Tab, these is where you'll see various activities of your lead such as form submissions, campaigns they're added to, bookings and payments.

Step 7: Activity Tab

The middle section of the contact record screen is dedicated to activity. Here, you can see the history of interactions with the contact. This includes notes, emails sent, information collected through forms, bookings, and other tracked activities within B2B Hub. It provides a chronological view of your engagement with the contact.

Step 9: Payments Tab

Finally, you'll find the payments tab on the right. If you need to send payment information or invoices to the contact, you can do so from here. If you have integrations with financial platforms like Xero or use Zapier, payment records can be automatically generated. You can also manually add payment records for tracking financial data related to the contact.

Step 10: Review and Navigate

Take a moment to review the information presented on the contact record screen. You can use this screen to quickly access important details about the contact, track their interactions, and manage your communication and tasks related to them.
