Connecting your Email to B2B Hub

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of synchronizing your email account with your B2B Hub account. This synchronization will enable you to send emails seamlessly through the B2B Hub platform and manage your calendar effortlessly. Whether you're a freelancer, business professional, or anyone looking to streamline their communication and scheduling, this step-by-step tutorial will help you get started.


Step 1: Access Account Settings

  • Start by logging into your B2B Hub account.


Step 2: Open Account Setup

  • Once logged in, look for your name at the top right-hand side of the screen.
  • Click on your name to reveal a dropdown menu. Within this menu, locate and click on the settings icon (it looks like a cogwheel). This action will take you to your account setup page.


Step 3: Navigate to Integrations

  • On the left-hand side of the account setup page, you'll see a menu with various options. Select "Integrations" from this menu.


Step 4: Connect Email Account

  • Within the Integrations section, you should find options to connect different accounts. If you've already connected an email account and want to add a new one, click on the 3 dots on the right of Email & Calendar


Step 5: Choose Your Email Provider

  • Click your name to open the sign in section.

  • At this point, you'll be prompted to sign in to your email account or choose your email provider. By default, Hub will detect your Email provider, but in case it can't just choose it from the list.

Step 6: Use Another Account (Optional)

  • If you're setting up a new email account or using a different one, select the "Use another account" option.

Step 7: Log into Your Email Account

  • Enter your email address and password for the account you want to synchronize with B2B Hub.

Step 8: Grant Necessary Permissions

  • You may be asked to grant permissions for actions like creating calendar appointments. Accept these permissions, as they are essential for sending emails and managing your calendar within the B2B Hub platform.

Step 9: Utilize the Synchronization

  • With your email and calendar synchronized, you can now use the B2B Hub platform to:
    • Send emails directly from the platform, potentially on autopilot.
    • Accept bookings without worrying about double bookings or missed calendar invites.
