Connecting Woocommerce to B2BDash

Your customers and their orders will be synced in real-time with your B2BDash account. You can also import all your historical customers and orders to get all that previous history with the push of a button.

This one has a few parts to it, but don't worry you only have to do it once. If you get stuck, contact support down in the bottom right of this page and we will help you out.

STEP 5

Configure Orders

In this section, we can manage the settings for your Woocommerce (Do note that you should have Tags and a Payment Campaign created in B2BDash in order to use this properly).

Add the following Tags(s) to all Customers

Add the following product(s) ordered  - these products are the ones you have in Woocommerce

Start Workflow - Select the Workflow you'd like to run in B2BDash. The campaign/workflow should be a 'Payment' Campaign/Workflow for it to show here.

AddTag(s) - This allows you to add the tags when a customer purchases a product

Once your done configuring it, hit Save Changes.

To give you an example of how it's done. Here's a screenshot from our test account.

That's how the integration works in a nutshell. As you can see, Woocommerce feeds B2BDash the customer's information which you can then use to help you nurture these customers ultimately allowing them to make a purchase again using a series of emails or lead magnets.
