How to Create a Campaign
Campaigns allow you to automate steps, emails to be sent and tasks to run automatically for your leads. Follow these steps here.

STEP 1
Go to Funnels > Campaigns
STEP 2
Click Actions > Add New Campaign
STEP 3
Enter the name of your campaign and select the campaign type then click Save Campaign
Campaign Setup Steps:
Click + Add New Step to Campaign > Name your Campaign and click the Arrow up or Cog at the right side
On the settings tab. Click on the first tab and enter the Step name and conditions when the next step would begin. (Click here for
On the Email Tab, this is where you'll draft the email you'd like to be sent to the lead. Click Add new Email to Draft an Email or Select from Email Templates.
On the Task Tab, you can create the Tasks that can be assigned to specific user in the platform and, you can choose the task type on the dropdown. Click Save Task once done.
On the Tags Tab, you can place specific Tags for the lead or step. Click Save once you're done adding Tags.
BOOKINGS
The bookings type follows the same process but it's well suited if you wish to have a lead go through the campaign if they book a time with you.
Select the Campaign Booking type > Add a Name to the Campaign and Save it.
Click + Add New Step to Campaign > Name your Campaign and click the Arrow up or Cog at the right side
On the Step Tab, choose the condition when it starts, whether it's before or after the booking and click Update Step.
On the Email Tab, this is where you'll draft the email you'd like to be sent to the lead, it can be a reminder email or a preparation email. Click Add new Email to Draft an Email or Select from Email Templates.
Add Tasks allows you to save a task under a user.
On the add tags tab, you can add your preset tags on the lead.
Once you have created the first step. You can add as many steps as you want for the campaign to be effective.
