How to Set up a Booking Page in B2B Hub

Learn how to set up appointment types that allow leads and prospects to book time slots in your calendar effortlessly. In this step-by-step guide, you'll discover how to customize the appointment's name, choose a booking type (e.g., Zoom call), set availability, and more. With B2B Hub, you can also personalize the look of your booking page and automate actions like sending thank-you messages and starting campaigns. Plus, the system adjusts to the viewer's time zone, making scheduling a breeze for users worldwide.


Step 1: Access Appointment Creation

  • Begin by logging into your B2B Hub account.

Step 2: Navigate to Appointments

  • You have two options to access the appointment creation page:

    a. Click on "Appointments" on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

    b. Alternatively, click on the quick menu on the right and select "Create an Appointment."


Step 3: Add an Event

  • In the appointment creation page, click on the "Add an Event" button.

Step 4: Name Your Appointment

  • Give your appointment a name that reflects its purpose. Make it descriptive and informative. For example, "B2B Funnel Mapping Strategy Call."

Step 5: Set Subheading

  • Optionally, you can add a subheading to provide more context for your appointment.

Step 6: Set URL (Short Link)

  • Set a URL for your appointment. You can use the preloaded one or customize it as needed.

Step 7: Choose Booking Type

  • Select the type of booking, such as a "Zoom call."

Step 8: Set Time Slot

  • Specify the duration of the appointment, for example, 30 minutes. Your time zone should automatically be populated; if not, update it.

Step 9: Set Availability

  • Select the date and time slots when the appointment is available. You can add multiple time slots if needed.

Step 10: Add Event Delay

  • Choose whether to add a delay before the appointment. This can help avoid last-minute bookings.

Step 11: Add Meeting Link

  • Populate the agenda or meeting link. It's recommended to use your Zoom link or other relevant meeting platform link.

    Once done in the Build Tab, click "Next Step"


Step 12: Customize Page Look

  • Choose a color scheme for your appointment page. You can also upload a profile picture or logo if desired.


Step 13: Add Additional Elements

  • Optionally, you can add extra elements to the page, such as images or text blocks.

    Click "Next Step" to go to the Settings Tab


Step 14: Finalize Settings

  • Review your settings and make sure everything is configured as desired.

Step 15: Choose Action After Submission

  • Decide what happens after someone submits the appointment page. You can add a thank-you message, instructions, or a redirect URL.

Step 16: Assign Tags

  • Assign tags to categorize the leads or prospects who book this appointment. This helps with tracking and segmentation.

Step 17: Start a Campaign

  • If applicable, start a campaign related to this appointment type, such as a booking reminder sequence.

Step 18: Save and Exit

  • Once all settings are in place, click "Save and Exit."

Step 19: Test the Booking Page

  • To see what the booking page looks like, hover over the appointment, and click on the square icon with the upright facing arrow. You can grab the link at the top of the Live Booking Page and use it.

Note that the booking page will adjust to the viewer's time zone, making it convenient for users worldwide.
