How to use Tags

Tags are unique identifiers that can be added to Contacts and Companies in B2BDash. Tagging lets you easily sort, filter, segment, and target contacts with campaigns designed around their specific interests and actions.

Tags you create should be unique and identifiable to avoid any duplicate tagging for a specific category.

STEP 1

Click the Menu button on the upper left and go to LEADS.

STEP 2

Click ACTIONS and select Apply Tags

STEP 3

Select your preferred contacts by ticking the box beside the name

STEP 4

Select the Tag you wish to use on the contacts and select Apply Tags. Click the Apply Tags button again after you get the confirmation message.

STEP 5

There will be a notification, please review any changes before you hit Apply Tag.
