How to Set your Availability Times in Calendar

Use this Article as a guide if you wish to block out or set your availability times for Bookings.

Note: Make sure you have Connected your Mailbox and Calendar in B2BDash.

STEP 1

Login to your B2BDash account and go to Admin Panel

STEP 2

Go to Bookings and you have the option to either Add a New Booking Type or Select an existing one. (Select an Existing Booking)

STEP 3

On the left panel, scroll down and look for "Set Availability" You have the option to book specific times where you want the bookings to occur. (If you're planning to block out specific times, make sure you exclude the timeslots where you don't want people booking in calls with you).

STEP 4

You can select Next Step at the upper right corner until you get to "SAVE + EXIT" to save the booking.
