Connecting to JobAdder

Use this article to connect to your Jobforms account to JobAdder.

STEP 1

Go to your  Jobforms account and login. (Click on the highlighted word "Jobforms" or type in "go.jobforms.io" into your browser address bar.)

Note: You need to be logged in with the email of the user that needs to be connected or re-authenticated.

STEP 2

Go to the  Admin Panel:

Both icons in the screenshot will take you into the admin panel. First will land in "my account and users" page and the second icon will take you to the "Account info". Both pages have a left-hand menu required to access integration settings. Continue to step 3

STEP 3

Go to Integrations and select JobAdder


STEP 4a

Scroll down to see your users. User with admin access will have a little person next to them. Select the admin user that needs to be re-authenticated or connected (as mentioned above, you need to be logged in with the email of the user that needs to be connected, in this screenshot either with Rick Rudah's or Candi Dait's logins). 

In case you don't have those logins, you can apply Step 4b or change the admin access permissions for those users by either switching them to be standard users or deactivating them altogether.

STEP 4b

If you would like to use a specific user when connecting to JobAdder (e.g for generating your job feed or sending job applications), then choose a default user like in the screenshot below.

STEP 5

When you click on the disconnected user, you will be redirected to the JobAdder login and then Jobadder permission screen. Just Hit Accept.

STEP 6

Once the authorization is complete, you will see the green "connected" status next to the user .

Congratulations! Your Jobforms account is now connected to JobAdder
