Changing your Email Address (Login) in B2BDash

It's best that you use your work email address for B2BDash instead of your personal email. After all you'll be using your professional email address to send email to your prospective clients. 

Should you find the need to swap your Login Email address for B2BDash, you can do so following the simple steps below.

PRO TIP: You need to have "Admin" rights (access to the Admin Panel) in B2Bdash to be able to change a Login Email.

STEP 1 

Go to B2BDash and go to the Admin Panel

STEP 2

Go to My Accounts and Users

STEP 3

Choose "Users" on the dropdown box.

STEP 4

Click on the Settings (Cog) icon beside the user's name (User whose email you want to change).

STEP 5

Type your new email address under the CONTACT DETAILS > Email Address (Login) field.

STEP 6

Click "Update  User "at  the bottom of the page.

And you're done!
