How to Create a Note in B2B Dash

Saving notes in Dash helps you and your team keep track of any conversations or changes related to the client. This will help the team be aware of useful information that relates to the client.

Creating a note is very easy, just follow these steps:

STEP 1

On the Person or Deal Record, click the '+' Icon and go to Notes:

STEP 2

Choose your Note type:

STEP 3

Log your notes

STEP 4

You can link a person, deal or Company if you need to:

Click Save once you are done

The notes will be saved chronologically:

TIP: If you would like to search for notes, click on Filter Activity by > Note type

This will let you view the notes without the other data like deals or emails included.
