How to Remove a Person in your Campaigns

There are times that you would need to remove a person in one of your campaigns because they requested that they do not want to receive any emails from you.

B2BDash isn't an mailing platform hence you won't have the "unsubscribe" link on your emails however there's a process where you can do this.

STEP 1

Locate the Person's record in Dash and go to the record.

STEP 2

Go to the Overview Tab

STEP 3

Hover on the campaigns and select 'Remove from Workflow'.

The person will now be removed on your automated campaigns.

Repeat the process if the person is on multiple campaigns. Do keep it mind that if a person opts in to one of your forms they will get added again on the campaign if the form has one linked to it.
