How to use Zapier with B2B Dash

You can create zaps with Zapier at any of the following events in B2B Dash:

  1. A form is submitted
  2. A booking is made
  3. A payment is processed.

FIRST YOU MUST SWITCH ZAPIER ON IN YOUR B2B DASH ACCOUNT

To use Zapier, first you must switch it on in your Admin Panel under Integrations. This will generate an API Key that Zapier will ask for when you are connecting your account.

Now you're ready to create your Zap

HOW TO SET UP A ZAP FOR B2B DASH IN ZAPIER


IMPORTANT: To use the B2B Dash API in Zapier. Click Here to get the invite .

  1. First choose to create a new zap

  2. Next connect to your B2B Dash Account, and then click "CONTINUE"

  3. Then choose your trigger; either Form Type, Booking Type or Payment Type

  4. Next choose which of the above you want the Zap to fire on, and click Continue

  5. Now choose "Test Trigger" to make sure you see the data you are expecting, and then click Continue

  6. Now you need to choose the ACTION (What should happen when this form is submitted, booking created or payment processed) We'll use Slack in our example

  7. Now choose what event you want to have happen. In our Slack example let's Send Direct Message to a team member to let them know a new client has just signed up. Then choose Continue.

  8. Now Sign into your account or choose the account (in this case for Slack) if you haven't already connected it and press Continue

  9. ext, begin populating the action options and be sure to grab information from the B2B Dash form (or booking or payment) to send the information you want to Slack (or whichever system you are zapping to)

  10. Finally review the expected data by clicking Test & Review or Test & Continue

  11. Finally click "Turn on Zap"
