How to Reset your Password

Follow the steps here if you are unable to login on your B2BSchool Account:

STEP 1

On the login screen, click FORGOT PASSWORD

STEP 2

Type in your email address that's associated with B2BSchool and click Send recovery info.

NOTE: If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link at your email address in a few minutes. If you're not sure which email you used, click on the Help (Chat) icon on the lower right of the page.

STEP 3

Check your inbox and you should see the password reset link coming from b2bschool@t.kajabimail.net. It should look like this:

Click on the link to get routed to the reset password page:

STEP 3

On the password reset link page, enter your new password twice and hit Submit.

You should now be logged back in to your B2BSchool Account :)
