Create or Edit your Forms in Jobforms

STEP 1

Login to your Jobforms account - https://go.jobforms.io/settings/

STEP 2

On the left hand side, click on Forms

Click Add New Form and select Blank Template > On the Headline / Name type Register With us.

STEP 3

A. Choose the client website's main brand color:

TIP: Go to the your website and look for the buttons or dominant color that you are using for their website.(TIP: Use Colorzilla to pick the color and convert it to the respective color code which will be used for the form, in this case - #142F50)Go Back to the FORM and set the color

B. Leave the Display Company Logo and Display Form Headline as is

C. Type the completion Message and Make sure to set the client's email to get a confirmation sent to them. If the client hasn't set up their Email: You can follow the steps HERE:

STEP 4 

Create the basic form Setup. If you have the questions saved on a previous form, you just need to copy and paste them on the fields on this section. If you don't have an existing form. You can use the Digital Phenix Registration Form as a reference.

TIP: Try to split up the form into sections/pages to improve the experience for the form takers.
