Embed a Video on a Form / Appointment in Dash

Follow these steps to learn how you can embed a Video on your form.

STEP 1

Go to FORMS

STEP 2

Create or Edit a form where you wish to add the video. In this example, we will edit an existing form.

STEP 3

Go to the Customise Tab and click the Source Code button. Leave it for now.

STEP 4

Go to the video's page. (This works best with Youtube or Wistia). Look for the Share button then select the "Embed" option. Copy the code.

STEP 5

Paste the code in the Source code box in the form editor. Then Click OK

STEP 6

Click Next Step > Save + Exit

TIP: You can also add the embed code at the Success Page (Settings Tab) of your Form/ Appointment.
